What about Discord?

Greetings everyone!
I just want to ask your opinion about Discord - is it a good option of communication with customers / providing support / sharing company's and related news?
Also, is it a good option to hold on audio podcasts or smt like that? When representative talks about news/updates to everyone who wants to listen to it.
Or do you have your own thoughts on how Discord can be used?

Discord, is an awesome place for a form of communication either to do with customer support or anything related. In regards, it is really easy to use so your customers can use it without any trouble and the UI is excellent.
 
Discord is the best communication system, we can use it delivery unlimited message with different users.
 
Discord is being used all around nowadays. Started off like a gaming communication platform, but took over other platforms too. Surely is recommended.

Yeah. I wish Discord stepped away from their gaming image. The gaming community has already naturally took it over. Them marketing it towards gamers isn't growing the market more than it already is, it is only scaring away other communities. I'd love to communicate on Discord with more clients but the first time they check it out, they'll see that Discord is marketed to gamers, not professionals. Nothing wrong with the gaming community, I just want Discord to take in every community like Skype.

This is why I've never used Discord for any professional reason.

Exactly. Hopefully things change. I'd love for Discord to be the main form of communication for professionals.

It very very good option to work with Discord wihtout any doubt
 
Don't think that it's the best platform for work chat and communication.
There are much better ones for those and more private for sure.
