I won an eBay auction for a little laptop, nothing special but a little Compaq dual core 2GHz with 2.5GB RAM, working and all. Just happened to be perusing at the right time and got it for $52. Now the jerk isn't selling it to me, refunded my payment and relisted it. WTF? Since when have eBay sellers been allowed to do that? I've always thought eBay sales were a "contract" hell, at least an agreement. Sellers can just cancel their sales anytime without notifying the buyer and relist for a higher price (of course he's not letting it go for $50.) Kinda sucks, got my hopes up.
