What 2.0 Properties Do You Use?

ezine definitely fell off the deep end, they've been ticking me off...

if you want to use article directories use Articlesbase, I submitted one article to them for skin care blog, and it's ranked first on Google, I am using blogger for my blog. my blog is ranked 7th place for the keyword "common causes of pimples" i only used Senuke X to get this site indexed.

There seems to be an endless amount of properties you can use for this. As a buffer you want to get a PR4 or PR5 ***low. Or something like wordspot.com (PR64 ********). You pumb allot of links to it and have all kinds of links going to your Hubpages or your Squidoo lens. I also makes to direct a link to say LiveJournal or Webs with are both a NO$$$low. These properties will not give any G juice but the will show up on the 1st page without lots of work.

Most IM people do not bother with high PRs that are no****folow. This is a huge mistake. They cannot be used as buffers or for juice but they pack a big punch in the SERPs.

What does buffer mean in terms with 2.0 sites?

I have just started to create 2.0 sites for my money site. I'm kinda confused what buffer means in this scenario?
