were to find the cheapest outsourcers?

    hello I just have a quik question, were do you think I can find the cheapest outsourcers?

    elance, getafreelancer, freelance or guru?

    whats your experience using this sites I need someone who can design me a basic html website

    Well I know I can probably help you out depending on your budget. Hit me up via PM and we can go over details.

    ...I haven't outsourced much but you can give the sites you mentioned above or look for people in india, Philippians, and similar countries. If you can find the right people you can get decent deals together but, talent scouting can be hard.

    DP is cheap ..but finding out quality work..is very hard

    You can get anything you want on DP. It i a great place to deal on.

    I just recently used GAF for some writing. The work was very inexpensive, but the quality was surprisingly good.

    Yeah you can get Quality in GAF with low budget..
