Nope. Just good ol' manual link building.

Conrgatz, I would just keep building links to try and keep it there so that if It does decide to fall back it won't fall back too far.

I have had the same thing happen on several of my past sites. It is great when it sticks! I hope the #2 position sticks for you; or bumps up again.

Hmmmmm, yeah I gotta say.... I am with Duffers on this one. Regardless, if you are in a deep sleep or whatever, you should have taken advantage of that. Not trying to knock you down! Just another lesson learned. :]

For example, if you did say, "Oh yeah I have been working hard blah blah" Its music to your clients ears. With that being said.... That client would most likely refer you to other people. I am not saying they wont, but you would have a better chance of it.
