Just fast 16-18h a day and eat carnivore

Your weight will drop so quickly
Carnivore is too hardcore even for keto guys xD

lol xD
I am adapted to keto, so normal. No caffeine, but still have 1 cigarette pack xD

I hear you man. I did something some time back after lockdown just going cold turkey on everything and quitting tobacco was more difficult than quitting coffee, fast food, sugar, beer and spirits put together. That one alone will require some serious willpower; no more - I’ll quit tomorrow and watch out for your body lookong for an excuse to have one more. It’s tricky the first few days.

My blood sugar level is constantly 140-160mg/dl, it should be max 100 xD
From tomorrow:
-zero caffeine
-20g carbs
-10km walk every day
-zero energy drinks
-zero cigarettes
-water, vitamins, berberine
Need to come back to weight <100kg, last 2 months it was 132 kg, now 122kg ;/ - progress, but not enough
And will see in next 3-5 months, when I stabilize weight on my normal level and no fix blood sugar, then time to doctor ;/ :D

Check your blood sugar level guys ;) It's cheap, glucometer cost $20 in most countries, in some for free ;)
GL on your journey mate

Let us know how you do

as people said, fast between 7 pm and 9 am for starters and you can further improve this time once you get used to. This is the only way to reduce blood sugar and also to reduce weight. If you constantly eat, you keep building fat. In addition to this, exercise such as cardio is a good way to lose even more weight.

yup

Surely see what works for you and stick to it

I am only slightly over the healthy weight for ym height and dropping about 1kg doing like carnivore and fasting 16-18h aroubd 5-6 times a week

I also weight train 2-3 times a week

It's painful, but as you said. First 4-5 days. Goverment is motivating me, when I see new prices in shop xD

I'm not a doctor and I urge you to use common sense, and follow your doctor, and always get a second opinion, and only rely on ai for positive affirmations and goal.

With that said let's at least observe general consensus on why people could most likely fail, we will use your information:

zero caffeine
-20g carbs
-10km walk every day
-zero energy drinks
-zero cigarettes
-water, vitamins, berberine
Need to come back to weight <100kg, last 2 months it was 132 kg, now 122kg ;/ - progress, but not enough

Given you have diabetes there's a likely chance your sendantary life style is one contributor to your life style choice:

Sedentary is most likely sitting down for prolonged duration, a example to the overwhelming issue:

Based on a western lifestyle we will look at joe,

Then we will compare joes life style to east Asia with Chloe, and Bonnie from the Philippines.

Joe wakes up after 6 to 8 hours sleep, Joe decides to have a shower then eat breakfast, joe decides on eggs and sausages with gardan salad, now Joe kisses everyone and drives 1 hour to work, joe parks 50 meters from work and sometimes catches the train and sits for 1 hour, as joe arrives into the office joe sits for 4 hours and decides to get up and have lunch then joe returns for 3 hours and 30 minutes, as joe finishes at the office, joe then drives home, as joe arrives home he greets everyone then sits and engages with the family to return back to the shower and sleeps for 6-8 for the next day.

Chloe is East Asian she lives on a plantation in rural china and has a sick brother that she cooks for and two elderly parents, chloe walks each day to the markets but has difficulty breathing because of her asthma, even tho Chloe smokes and cannot run she still walks everyday she wants healthy food, lean veggies, green tea, and orange juice with goat milk, however chloe sometimes has to starve to feed her siblings during the winter period and is hard sometimes.

Then we have Bonnie who has diabetes and in dialysis, she lives in the Philippines and eats healthy but very rarely walks, she sees in the car healthy people but mostly poor people in wheelchairs from hit and runs walking in crutches along the road, yet even tho Bonnie is able to get the services she needs she needs to change her life and reset as this opportunity to change her life is not exclusive to her or any county that's western influenced, but Bonnie likes sweets, eventually the doctor said to Bonnie you managed to lower your diabetes however your kidneys are shrinking to the point that you may lead to dialysis for life unless a transplant is available.

Each person has issues, one bad over the other but while the answer is not obvious the information presented should information you the biggest issue amongst the three.

As soccrates quoted the father of western medicine, @#$&$#@ is the best cure to all modern disease.

Read the story, or you've already failed.

But if this message helps others than you, awesome as I'm getting a condescending attitude from you already, and we know what that means.

- Clean up your diet
- Minimum 10k steps daily
- 1500mg Berberine (750mg morning & 750mg pre bed)
- 1500-2000mg Metformin XR (Split AM and PM)
- Weight resistance training
- I'm not a fan of Carnivore or Keto diets because dieting should be sustainable, and many people find it hard to stick to extreme diets long-term. Think of this as a marathon, not a sprint. Choose a diet you can maintain over time. If you're considering a more intense approach, I'd recommend looking into PSMF.

That's your first line of defense.

A second line would be GLP-1 agonists
Third line of defense exogenous insulin

Then there's also peptides, supplements & medications that are very beneficial in increasing sensitivity. (Mots-c, injectable L-carnitine, Januvia, Na-R-ALA, Cinnamon, Chromium, ...)

That is a hazardous medication in itself that becomes downright dangerous for someone on keto bro wtf. Terrible advice.
If you're making those claims, you must have studies to back them up, right? Please share any research that supports your assertion that Metformin is hazardous—even for someone on keto. (I'm guessing you haven't come across gluconeogenesis.)

I'm trying to determine whether you're trolling or just uninformed before I continue discussing this with you.

I'll wait for those studies.
A quick Google search easily disproves your entire uninformed statement.
