Binnn posted a thread on 2/20 saying he needed to borrow $10 to payoneer. I posted that I could help out and would like to know what it was needed for. He pmed me and said it was to pay for hosting. Payoneer wouldn't let me send less than $20 and I ate the fees, so it totaled $20.78. He told me he would pay back in a week.

I've sent him 3 pms in the last 10 days. First one was a week after he said he'd pay back just asking if he had the money. No response. Second one was saying this would be escalated if he couldn't have the decency to respond. No response. Third one was saying he had 24 hours before I'd bring this to light here. It's been 42 hours since that last pm.

I am not shitlisting you because of the money. Hell, that won't even buy me a lipgloss. I'm shitlisting you due to the lack of decency to respond saying you didn't have the money. I can't understand why a member who has been here 3-1/2 years would allow this to happen over twenty bucks. I cannot verify how many times he's been online since that last pm, but I know for a fact it's been no less than three. I'd be happy to send all correspondence needed for Mods in this investigation.

That is just pathetic, if he needed a $20 loan in the first place he obviously has a small budget but you atleast deserve to hear an update from him on what is going on.

His last activity was today at noon, not sure how he could overlook your PMs. Hope you get the problem resolved soon.

Three and a half years here on BHW and it is very surprising that anyone would not be able to dish up a simple $10 for hosting. The information here on BHW is priceless and I can't understand why anyone would waste all of it for $10 (or even $1000 for that matter).

Binnn not even shooting Maurisa an email/PM/skype message/courier pigeon note to explain his situation is pretty shameless unless there is some out of the ordinary reason.

It goes to show how shallow some people are. You help someone out because you can and they throw it in your face because they can. At least you didn't lose a friend and business partner of 7 years over something so small, that's when it really hurts.

IMO any thread where someone asks for money should be instantly removed and that person banned. BHW should take the responsibility of refunding you that $20.

It wasn't BHW that asked me to send the money to him, I took it upon myself. I take full responsibility for doing it.

If someone sold drugs on here and another member brought them and died of an overdose, BHW would not be responsible right?

I'm just saying that you shouldn't have even been put in a position for a potential scam.

Shame to hear you getting scammed Marusia. What makes this even more of a crappy situation, is the guy asked for $10 and you were kind enough to send $20.

Hope Binnn grows a pair of balls and shows up in this thread, either to apologise and pay back the money or give an update on why it hasn't paid the money back yet.
