Well intended information but I am not going to wade through so many "Thank you" posts and"Great idea" to get to the content you emailed me about. I just cant see "Content" I was sent here to view.
 
Really impressed with this. It helps to give a newbie a direction on which way to go so as to avoid information overload. With this, one can have more clarity and go in that direction that will be most beneficial.
 
I only find structure of memberships (newbie, Jr VIP, Staff member etc) in bits and pieces. It'll be helpful if anyone can create a thread on newbie about the membership structure and site structure. You can link to market place and upgrades from that guide.
 
It will be great if one link to newbie guide post will be auto shown only to newly registered user.as soon as they log in
 
I have a question please. I come across some fantastic posts from time to time here. How can I bookmark those posts without having to post on that thread or having to watch the whole thread....I have lost some fantastic posts I hoped to come back to because of this issue.....or do I just use my browsers bookmark feature...
.let me even try if that will take me straight to the post and not the thread..

I'm sure there are big detailed guides for each forum. Can we get those pinned to the top so we don't have to go looking for them?

Suggestion from me:

I think it would be great if the market place allowed the service providers support staff to reply to users questions.

For example; when I started ProxyRack I was able to handle the work load of answering everyone but since then we have grown tremendously and it's not possible for me to reply to everyone personally or even provide the best support to users.
This is why companies hire support staff so that users can receive the best support available from knowledgable people.

Because BHW actively prevents any kind of support staff from answering questions I think it's very much limiting the quality of replies from service providers in the market place.
