This forum is very plenty of informations about IM,but the access point is settled on more levels: after 15 posts a new user can send a PM,why? Because if not expert and skilled users will receive a lot of messages like "how to earn 100$ quick?" "how to make money sleeping?" and so on. Then it's a way to filter serious people from gold diggers and share the knowledge with everyone,which is the purpose of every community/forum on the web. Just my two cents

The only real difference after 15 posts is that you can send PMs and your posts won't be subject to our spam filter. You can find out more about that level of membership in the Newbie+ section: https://www.blackhatworld.com/forums/newbie.263/
Once you have 50 posts your title will change to Registered Member. This does not give you any additional privileges, it's just a step up from being a Newbie.

I subscribed to a service but then was too inexperience to understand what they were giving me so I'm going back to square one and start over. I got confused as to what they were actually doing for me. I still don't know but suspect they were giving me information and then I had to do something about it when I was hoping THEY would do something about it. Got it?
