Hi everyone,
Since January 20th I'm experiencing some weird metrics in analytics.
Please check the images:
Time frame: dec 4 - febr 3
Average session duration: I see no changes

Engagement rate: massive drop

Bounce rate: massive increase

Views: massive drop

But when I check the stats at affiliate partners, I see no such obvious dropps in clicks.
Have you ever seen something similar?

Since there is views decrease, it could be that your most engaged pages have lost rankings.

Check if any prominent keywords lost rankings recently. Doesn't have to be massive drop on paper. Change from position 1 to 5 will do this or 5 to 10.

Already checked it, but the issue is on-page.

The day this phenomenon started I made a Database cleanup with WP rocket and I assume that analytics was not recording the data properly because when I switched from universal analytics to analytics 4 my view count skyrocketed ...and I thought this is the way GA4 records views...and now the views are back to "normal" as they were in universal analytics.
Can it be something simple like this?
