Weird Google Description for Site

I have a client that is seeing a weird description in Google. I looked at the source code and don't see these words anywhere and the site seems to be clean of malware (used Sucuri site scan). Any ideas on why this is occurring?

Manually review the Word Press plugins you\he has installed.

Your site got hit by malware. It redirects googlebot ( detected by user agent) to different site than rest of users ( gateway site to push viagra shop in serps) - clean it asap, as it will really hurt your own SERP rankings.

Verify the .htaccess file too in that case.

You'll probably need to clean the entire installation. Once you get hit by this kind of malware, it finds a way into most your posts and into other parts of the OS if it has the file write privileges. I caught a similar malware last December, it infected PHP itself, major headache.
