    The best way to gain or to loose weight is to split your food intake throughout the day in several meals.
    The main reason for this is to get your stomach and your body used to the same amount of calories during the day.

    When you are aiming to gain weight, if you were to eat 2 times a day 5k calories in total, it would not only be a lot easier to gain "fat" weight, but it would be also dangerous and risky for your health. If you split this 5k calories in 7 meals per day, you are able to burn the lipids from each of the intakes and gain "healthy" and "muscle" weight.

    The same thing goes for when losing weight. If you are eating 1 time a day 1.5k calories, it will be of no benefit, as it is going to have an impact in your health. Instead, split those 1.5 into 5 meals, do exercise and you will achieve weightloss at a healthy rate.

    (all of these measures are simple examples, each individual is absolutely different and requires specific amounts of calories, exercise and diets)

    Let me explain it a bit more in depth.
    When you are eating a sandwich, the carbohydrates from the bread will act as the main form of energy, then the proteins and finally the lipids (very general view). If you were to eat a whole bunch of sandwiches, you would need to exercise for a very long time in order to be able to reach and burn the fat taken from them, however, if you are to ear a single sandwich, you would not need as much exercise, it would be easier to reach to these lipids and get rid of them while building on with the other resources.
    Not only that, but it is also a lot more beneficial for your body to receive smaller amounts of food during the day rather than a huge amount of food all at once.

    No Clen doesnt make you angry. Just oxygenates the blood so you burn fat, stable diet of bodybuilders cutting for competition.

    Its an Asthma treatment for horses. Kind of why its been so abused by cyclists..gives you that extra 20% of lung when you are powering up the Alps.

    i eat 1-2 times a day but bit more when i spoon rice

    Maybe this is the reason why i still fighting with my belly
