I have checked my competitors site and googled websitewoth of that site it shows that it has 11,657 Daily Unique visitors and Daily Ad Revenue is $ 267 USD.
I just want to ask is that data accurate?

Not at all, most likely just grabs any possible keyword from the domain name itself, looks up the average monthly searches for that term, takes half of that and multiplies it by AdWords CPC for the said term. Has nothing to do with reality.

    11,000 views and $200 doesn't seem accurate

Don't believe that. Data like this on the internet is usually not accurate.

There are way too many factors that weight into how profitable a website is, and there will likely never be a website that magically calculates all of these variables into an accurate estimate.

I don't think so the data is correct.
11000 + unique visitors per day and 260 + revenue?? quite heavy to absorb.

By the way what was that site about?

Don't trust sites that show this, for some sites it could be right, but mostly it all depends on the niche. Having a targeted keyword with low search could earn much more than untargeted site with high traffic

The data on almost all estimate sites is not correct. These numbers might be approximate.

These sites just show random number without any accuracy. Don't believe what they show.

The ultimate measure of value is what someone is willing to pay.

You can use other similar sites as a benchmark, depending on local economics, quite often 2 - 3 times annual revenue is a safe bet, but this doesn't hold true for all. Smaller sites tend to sit closer to revenue levels.

There is a small premium for potential but don't expect to capitalise on a potential value if you added work Tec.
