Website with ww instead of www

I have recently got inquiry for site audit. So I tried to explore his site. But site was not available. Then I have checked sites index status with site: website. Found site is not index. Further more I have typed his domain and search. Found IG page at 1st position and in 2nd position I found his site with ww instead of www. It is my first time to see any site with ww. Then I have opened his site. Site is live and everything is working smooth inside his website. Only thing that was annoying was in the Chrome Tab I can see Text appeared as "The page you requested cannot..."

What might be the issue ?
How can the problem be solved ?

ww or zzz - it doesn't matter, doesn't affect to anything. just subdomain
