Hi, so I am planning on entering a JV with another member and my question is if we sell a website and then transfer it from one host the new buyer's host. Will the ranking be lost? Or as long as it's done rather quickly, we should be okay.. Right?

Also how do we transfer wordpress installations from our hosting to the buyers hosting. We can outsource it but knowing the basics just makes sure that we can handle the outsourcing process more effectively.
