These checkers, including yours are all so "filled" with unrequired text and images.
On second load iptect still loads 170 KB of data.

that looks good too, I kinda like being able to see all the data that others could gather too though
for example, on your link it said city unknown, on iptect it listed my city

Just so you know, it seems to think I'm using a proxy server (when I'm not) but it's reporting my proxy server as my home IP.

If you give me the complete information it writes I can tell you why it thinks you're behind a proxy.
Maybe you are behind a transparent proxy your ISP throws on you, that's often used by authorities to analyze/manipulate your traffic or for traffic reduction purposes by the ISP itself.
Of course it's possible the checker is wrong, in that case I'd be interested why.
