In April, the site was infected with a Japanese virus that created many pages selling various things not related to the subject of the site, of course.

Other pages: The virus was found. The problem was an unupdated plugin in which a backdoor appeared and began to infect the site. The plugin was removed, the backdoor was closed, and the plugins and antivirus were updated to the latest versions. The robots file has been updated as all mobile styles have been corrupted since there was a ban for some stylistic elements.
But now there is a technical SEO stage, but I do not understand the next stage of actions. Maybe someone had a similar case and he understands what to do next to return the rank after the mechanical removal of viruses and backdoors? After all, page spam is still in the index, there are errors in the console, and traffic has not yet returned)

Also, I was just thinking about removing these pages from the search results, but I ran into the problem that I know what category they are in, but I can’t pull out more than 1000 pages from the console. Maybe there is some way out of this situation?
