Website on Number 1 Page in Google - But.....

My website is currently on number one page on Google, its all related to Twitter Niche. I have done the hard part but.... I am not sure how to optimize it well even though I am promoting Twitter products from jVzoo and using google ads - any suggestions how can I optimize it well to make it more profitable.

When you say more profitable, to that point want to go with that friend?
