    Hi everyone,

I am totally desperate since the only website (about rehab clinic/drug addiction treatment) that was bringing us clients is totally dead. I'll try to be brief:
    1. The site is 3 years old: refindyourway.com
    2. It had up to 600 (real) visitors per day / 450-500 average
    3. CMS was changed
    4. The website was moved to a new server (same country)
    5. 301 redirections were NOT done
    6. URLs are CHANGED (to make things worse, they are longer now)
    7. The site has, 25 days later, up to 40 visit/day

I've read a lot about this type of problem and I can't find much info giving some hope that things will get better soon (I have 0 income for a month since I directly depend on this website)...

Is there anything I can do now?
Is there a chance that the website will return the old fame?

Please, please help me with your experts' opinions!

    Thanks!

well, it is normal to loose most of your traffic after such a total overhaul.. It will take time till G recrawls and reindexes your whole site with all its new urls..

you can try doing 301 redirect for the old urls to the new ones to speed up things a bit..

Also get some high pr backlinks as that will boost your serps almost instantly..
