When I try going to my website it just keeps saying "service unavailable " etc.

I might have to switch servers (i'm using a free one) . Sadly I can't even access the "wp-admin" so how do go about getting all my design, content etc?

if your server is not working there is little you can do.
Try to see if you can reach it through FTP, there's a chance only the webserver is down.
I'm assuming you are using an hosting and not a private server (vps or dedicated).

Nothing you can do, especially since its free your screwed if you lost your files in the process. Just hope that didn't happen, and as soon as its back make a backup.

It's been down for 2 days now :/

My other site works and it's using the same host.

If I am able to access the FTP, how would I set up the site again on a new server with those files?

Try to contact support once.
They can provide a solution, maybe you've exceeded the quota limit or bandwidth.

PS : I'm just mentioning about the service unavailable priorities.

Lesson learned: Never use free hosting again.

Im using 5freehosting, i tried contacting support but it says not for "free" accounts but they don't offer paid accounts???

Not sure what to do right now, actually stressed out

Only way is to contact the hosting provider and ask them to make it active till you take backup of all the required files and move it to another server.

Yes, I bet you can only contact staff for help in this case.
Normally it's not supposed to happen.

Good luck!

Try having a habit of having backup in some other server. So even if one fails you can safely restore the backup files and start working with it.
