Selling Facebook and Gmail accounts is not illegal and should be fine.
Selling reviews however is illegal in some jurisdictions which is going to be a problem.
Eitherway, just go with some small, relatively unknown hosting service.

just build it and go forward with your business if there is an issue in TOS than you ill get notified ! you can migrate your website to an other hosting service in few minutes! nowadays hosting isn't big deal
