Website help for stealth paypal account

Hey bros... I'm a total Noob at website creation.. I purchased a domain and have a hosting account, need someone to upload files to the website for me and add some other goodies.. I'm willing to part ways with a fully verified, withdraw, and sending limits removed, SSN verified, Stealth paypal account..

You dont usually need to provide a SSN unless your account is limited, you can set up stealth with just a vcc and bank account.

I know.. Thanx for the info but that's kinda of the topic.
