these days, i don't consider any profile backlinks as being good.
i suggest for you to ignore those shitty links. 99% sure google ignores them as well.

a captcha likely wont solve the issue, maybe just reduce it. all good backlink bots have captcha solving included

I think you're having similar problem to what I had.
Just to clarify - you are not just getting spammed with backlinks - your website is ranking related to these keywords and for some unknown links coming from your domain?

Sure. The easiest way is to use a CDN:
- Sign up on Cloudflare.com
- Add your website domain there (pick a free plan, it will be enough)
- Put the site in under attack mode
