Website Flipping

After reading a thread posted here on BHW (http://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/ve...-seo-my-case-study.586930/page-4#post-9324451) it got me interested in site flipping. One question I have is at what point do you know your website is mature enough to sell. Is there such thing is being too mature?

Also where can one get No Hands SEO? All of the topics seem to be rather old about it here on BHW.

to me selling is all about the point in which you are tired of pushing that venture and it's value is tops for the market too

actually selling is one of the best thing you can ever do with your sites. just keep in mind that you dont put a long term effort , i mean dont invest a huge amount on SEO and that stuff because after all you are going to sell.
Mature means it should be getting some traffic + revenue. but itf you are getting organic traffic than its also called mature.
Bottom line , your website's value is perceived from the traffic or rev or both.

The link above will take you to NHS. Having your site ready to be sold can really depend on a number of this:
Is it ranking for any terms?
What kind of page views/UVs does it get per day?
What are the impressions on the ads that are on the site?
How much money does it earn daily?
What is the DA/PA?
How old is it?

Numbers like those that can be improved are what sells your site.

No there isn't a such thing as being too mature unless the person doesn't have the budget to buy it, in which case you don't wanna be talking to them anyway.
