Website flipping questions

Hi All,

Have recently read some info about website flipping, and as an intermediate web designer/developer I have become very interested in the idea....

From a blackhat perspective, can you build a website while using spun content (with recommended levels of uniqueness- Copyscape passable) and then sell it? The e-book I downloaded mentions that unique content is key, but what about spun content that has recommended levels of uniqueness and passes Copyscape? Also, is there a Wordpress plugin that will automatically spin content to Copyscape standards, for an autoblog?

Also, whats a good alternative to Adsense? I keep getting turned down for Adsense accounts so am giving up on it altogether, so am wondering what the best alternatives are. I know schemes like Adsense are a good way to monetise web traffic (as well as selling advertising space).

I am still kind of new to IM, but if anyone could answer these questions about website flipping etc for me that would be awesome .

As an website flipper,i dont think unqiue content important to me.i already sells 3 micro blog site on flippa,my design not unique and article too,but i was rank in top 5 on google with some competitive keywords,the buyers decide to buy for $800 for site that dont have unique design and unique article,but this site already rank top on google.
