Website dont Have Organic Keywords

Hey, so i started SEO some weeks ago, with 3 websites which 2 of them are doing good in the ranks. The problem with the other is that, it happers on the google when i search site:"website.com" but in the keywords he doesnt happear.
Also the keywords dont have almost any type of competion, the websites in the 1st page some of them are spammed with links to death.. I alredy add my website to Google Webmasters and also i already build some backlinks and i'm still building some new backlinks and still nothing, alredy have done on-seo page. I don't know if this is happening because being new (almost 3 months), the other two that i had alredy results are more old because i used them in other methods (social media). I hope someone can help me with this Thanks.

In webmaster tools does it show any search keywords? Does it show how many pages it has indexed? May be that its not indexed all of your content for some reason, or it may be that your keywords arent as easy as you think.
How many resutls are you checking as well? (Top 100?)

No dont have any search keyword, its 1 page website and its indexed also submited sitemap for only that page, yes i check top 100 aswell the next pages xD, also in Bing and yahoo for 2 keywords i'm in the 1st page.

For the keywords i have keywords with 2.400,1.300,720 search months low competition. Also i check my website with Ahrefs and it dont show any organic keyword, in other side, in my other 2 website happears 30-50 keywords

So you've started your SEO. First thing to remember is that it's an ongoing process that should bring GRADUAL and STEADY results. It's logical to start tracking your keywords and checking how you perform in top-100. This is a part of my project:

Some tools are horribly slow on updates and won't show you even if you're indexed and ranked on SE.
