Website development issues with Google

Hi, this is my current problem. My website's rankings and impressions were growing quite well until last August, then they've plateaued. Is this a case? It's just not growing, the posts are stuck in the rankings and some are even dropping, there will still be top posts that will stay there unchanged. It's a website-wide problem so I can't find a way to fix it all.

So, for the past month, there has been no growth?
Give me(us) more to work with. No changes ware made?

I am doing the same things recently.
 
There was a google update recently, rolled out few days ago, usually when a site gets hit, it gets a spike of traffic before update and start going down when is rolling out.
 
I am locking this up as you contribute to the thread, or don't ask others to PM you.
