Website da pa 50-60 with only 3 backlinks

Hello guys,

I was searching for a guest post on the Facebook group and finally, I found one guy and he agreed to exchange the ******** links.

I published his post and he gave me a 10-15 website and when I put them on the ahrefs and semrush i found the shocking result.

I found that those websites were having no backlinks and some contain 2-3 backlinks but their DA PA is 50-60. Tell me the idea how can we do it.

Most likely hidden PBNs. It's fairly common.
