He got his site URL banned on Facebook

No OP, you can't undo this action, it is permanent.
(edit, oh yes it can be account too, I misread above post)

You never post your URL to social media, always use some other sources.

You can do many variations, one could be creating a google doc and make your users click to proceed to the website.

You can also set a redirect from google doc to your website, adding the code

Code:
<meta http-equiv="refresh" content="0;URL='https://example.com/'" />

0 = seconds before redirect is issued

(I don't use FB for spam, so this method might be outdated)

I unbanned domain after multiple times requesting to fb
got expired domain, found it was banned by fb ,tried 6 months for request to unban using same single account
fb unbanned it

Go to the Facebook website at https://www.facebook.com/, enter your email address and password, and click Log In. If you see a message that says "Account disabled", your account is being blocked by Facebook, which means you can send in an appeal.

I've had sites banned and then a month or so it was unbanned but you will have issues if you over post that URL.

i got ban post the site is not afffliate site , I reply back to FB claim is not afflaite site , lucky they remove.

Perhaps they mistaken your site is afflaite site that why got ban

It would be extremely difficult to get your url unbanned, however you can use Blogger. I create redirect links there.

Or you can buy cheap domains at Namecheap, about 1$ per domain, and make redirects

Just fill a complaint to FB from different account's and thats will work.

perhaps because you share too much, and FB suspects you are a clone account. If you get a poin check by FB, follow the FB's request. Or send mail to support.

There are a lot of nuances. First of all, I want to ask if you use cloaking?
I strongly advise you to pay attention to make a quality-made cloaking.

white domain, new for facebook if you often post it, will ban anyway and cloaking will not help here.
1-2 times a day at first and slowly in future)

You are too often and fast in sharing links, which in fact is often prohibited from Facebook
