Judging by the way they handle things and they don't even have a live chat support, and their contact numbers only reply in Russian. Today I got locked out of my account because I won't get the code in my phone to confirm it's me, they have another option to confirm by email in which firstly you need to confirm your phone and then you can get the code on email (same shit as the phone confirmation). I searched for a way to change my phone number since the one i had connected to the account was not receiving any code, and I saw they ask you to mail them a written letter to change the number, like is this 2008 or what? :eek:
Any of you guys has had issues with them ?
I would not recommend them to any of my friends though.

Yeah it does, i have some money left in my account because i can't verify my pin code since i dont have access to the number i used during registration

You don't have browser cert that would allow you to login without phone verification?
Try to restore it.

They might not have the prettiest interface, but so far so good. Russians do send money there and some networks accept them too,
 
I hate webmoney!
But I know alot of people that very satisfied working with them..dont know how :O

i had same issue.

here's what I did...
create a ticket and tell them you can't receive sms on your phone. they will resolve the issue.

They will tell you it's a network fault at your end. your tell them, no, I just called my operator and they said everything is normal.

Then they will tell you that may be its blocked by your phone. Put you sim in a new device and try again. Tell them you already did that.

Then they will try to send you sms from different servers... that's when you will start receiving sms...

I deleted everything on my browser few days ago, totally forgot about it, so no.

I'm at the part where I told them I called my operator and they said everything is okay, so I hope It goes how you say.

Well some still have it as an option so as long as we work with them, we have to use it too.
 
Hey guys, the messages seem to come now I finally got a code today, so anyone that was locked out like me should try logging in today and then enable e-num in your account for future logins it's much easier than phone confirmation. (If you need help with that pm me.)

Webmoney still fucking popular in RU and underground world . It's a little weird but as long as you kept your files backup , things should be just fine .
 
Webmoney is very important for countries around russia because most of them are not allowed to get payment with paypall. While you know russian it's ok system with reasonable comition rates.
 
I enabled e-num, now I can login even if it doesn't send codes in phone.
