webmaster tools not showing any back links....

It takes time, and as other people mentioned sometimes Google doesnt show links for domains.

YOu really shouldn't worry about what GOogle shows in WMT tools anyways. It isn't reliable tool to check backlinks on. Use popular backlink checkers like ahrefs.com
