WebApp to Get more Amazon Reviews and Feedback Ratings

I am an expert level scraper and ruby developer. At the moment, I am creating a Web application that will connect to your Amazon MWS account, and setup marketing campaigns to be sent to buyers of your products in order to derive more Amazon reviews and feedback ratings from them. I have been creating this for my own Amazon store, and felt like this could be useful for several other store owners.

Just wanted to know, if anyone else would be interested in something like this, if available for really cheap prices - say $1 per 150 emails sent?

I am in need of a few Amzon sellers who can test this service along with me. In return, I will be making this service available for free to these users.

What are your differentiators from other products already on the market? The one I use has been very adequate and is free for low volume, which is enticing for people just starting.
