Web designer/Coder - Experienced with scripts ?

Hey,

I am looking for a freelancer who can make a site from a script like phpPro ?
A nulled script installed on offshore hosting ?

I need to make an auction site. Using a script it gets a lot easier. It shouldn't take more than 2 hours but I could be wrong..

Then I need 2 features which I do not know if are available in the script or not :-

1. Bids have to be bought before bidding.
2. The time left increases on each placed bid.

My budget - $35 - $100

P.S Installing nulled script and making the site = $40
Adding the 2 custom features = $x

These are the values I had in mind but can be adjusted, took installing at the max. price.
