Web design and UI person or company Help needed !!!

I know that lots of web designer services are here in BHW, but i need to find person or a company that do full evaluation to the UI for one of my sites.
I mean to check with few people about the design to gives the professional feedback about the site design and maybe to come up with other design options.

my question is What i need to look for, web designers? or there are companies or people specialized in it.
or i just PM the website URL and get the feedback from members here.

There are companies and individuals which specialize in design. I've worked with a few higher end ones and I'd say its worth the money on a large site. You can get a cheap designer for a small site. I'd actually recommend finding like that 1 perfect designer friend you rely on. Saves a lot of hassle in the long run. Just don't be too cheap with friends hehe.

Anyway I'm not a UI guy, I'm a coder. But I do a half decent job at putting myself in the user's shoes. So as far as functionality I definitely will take a look
