Wix and Tilda are bad, WP and Joomla are good.
 
Wordpress is the best for a blog, check out Generatepress for the theme as you can build a site with generateblocks
 
WordPress is the most supported and easiest entry-level solution.

You can get by with very few paid plugins, however, having a suite of tools does make life easier.

I don't think that Wix is that bad, the only problem is that is not cheap. But if you feel newbie enough, you will find a great relief on Wix given their simplicity.
