I am tiered of all manual web.2 registration process.

Tried few web.2 bots, but with low success rate and a lot of time lost.

Recommend me a stable web.2 creator.

SenukeX hands down. Seriously.
I used to scout around for web 2.0 creator/submitter softwares... none are as good as SenukeX... for now.
 
You can also put together a list of Web 2.0s you want accounts for and outsource that on the hire a freelancer section here on BHW or one of the various different free lance sites.
 
I prefer to go manual nowadays. I have hired a VA to work for me, and believe me, when you calculate the total investment and return, it's much much better than any software out there.

Theres a Paid bot called uberblog creator which works fine for me.Dont know any free ones though....
 
If you have any programming experience or an interest in learning how to code, then you should look into getting zennoposter or ubot. They are excellent for this type of thing. Otherwise, your best bet is senuke or outsourcing. I had next to no programming experience, and I was able to make a decent bot for what I needed done with zenno and it didnt take me too long to finish either.
 
Don't know zenoposter, but all ubot that I've tried are slow and bogous for more than one simple task.

Maybe with the zeno future .exe feature will get something useful.

Why not outsource it on fiverr? It's $5 man and there are plenty of awesome sellers. You can save time and money :)
 
Senukex is the best and easiest tool. They update web 2.0 list time to time.

$5 won't (in most cases) take you anywhere. Those "awesome sellers" are getting 100's of orders every day, and it's humanly impossible to provide the same level of "awesomeness" to everyone.

Yes, it's cheap, and I sometimes use Fiverr as well, but you get what you pay for.
 
Use imacros plugin for firefox. Its free and easy to automate.

I wouldn't say that. Not everyone on fiverr are a**holes :) I've bought from many sellers that deserve x10 times more then $5 to be paid, believe me :)

However, it depends on many factors like what exactly you wanna buy.
