Consider this an aptitude test. If you can't get past the signup stage of Blogspot, perhaps Web 2.0s aren't for you. There is a heck of a lot of resources on here for building 2.0's. Do some reading and follow the instructions - they are fail proof.

Seems like you really have some other problem going on. You got a good list to try from the other user, but really if you can't even create an account, you need to figure out why that is happening.
