I think you can use them all considering you either don't abuse the Web 2.0 or hide the referrer. It can be risky if the 2.0 provides evidence of your post to the network. For example: CPA + Facebook, you can disguise the referrer all you want, but if Facebook goes to the CPA network, you are screwed.
