    Are there any Web2.0s that allows affiliate links or other kind of advertising?

    I think you can use them all considering you either don't abuse the Web 2.0 or hide the referrer. It can be risky if the 2.0 provides evidence of your post to the network. For example: CPA + Facebook, you can disguise the referrer all you want, but if Facebook goes to the CPA network, you are screwed.

    Majority of them allows. You can do an online search for this and read some of their posting guidelines.
