Is there any free tool to submit your web 2.0s to sites like google bing etc.? Because i don't want to submit them from my ip as i use for money site, since i will be making backlinks from them in future..

What do you mean submit the sites? Getting them indexed? Just use any link indexer out there via a anonymous proxy. Post a couple of links to twitter, google plus using anon proxies and you're indexed in hours or days.
