Web 2.0 Still works??

i feel that few web 2.0 are penalised and making links on really hurts serp.. i just feel in this way. i am researching and will get back shortly.
also indexing is an big issue. even with good article (unique) and images and perfectly looking ones.

In late 2013, Google blanket penalized Tumblr - coincidentally it's their main competitor web 2.0....funny, wouldn't you say? I think it's a trend.
So as long as you're using Google web 2.0's you'll be fine : blogspot, even youtube videos if you use the content area.

Yes, I do agree with you. As everyone knows that content is king. If we will use them as unique, quality and 100 % natural then it will work like a charm.
Once we make it as real, then we need to keep sending tier links for those Web 2.0 pages.

Our created web 2.0 is getting index in mere 48 - 72 hours. Any link building on web 2.0 ?
Are your blog comments on relevant niche ?
What is the OBL of page on which you did commenting ?
There are many other factors that you should and must consider to do blog commenting but basic
one is doing on authority blogs with less OBL.
True that, and if you use those popular web 2.0 with good readable content that suits fine to your niche readers
youll get very good results. since those site considered as high authority sites due to the high volume of traffic
they recieve on daily basis and also due to the huge amount of good quality content indexed pages so there is no reason they wont work
if you write some good informative content realted to your niche.

They do still work but they have to be used in smarter ways.

Niche Relevant Contextual or Homepage Links = Best
PBN Post Links = Great
Web 2.0's = OK to no good, depends. Low med comp
Now not sure about the rest if they actually help SERPS? Please someone add some input for these.
Social Bookmarks = ???
Social Signals = ???
Forum Profiles = ???
Guest Posts = ???
Forum Sig Links = ???
Blog Comments = Heard you are taking a risk when getting these now.
Artical Directories = ???
Web Directories = ???
So what actually works now and is worth doing, beside PBN, Niche and Web 2.0 links
