Web 2.0 still working ?

Sure, but the trick to web 2's isn't to treat them like a cheap article.
Build out a mini-website, 5-10 posts with internal linking, external linking to relevant authority sites etc, then backlink the web 2 with a couple of pbns. Sure, some might say it's better to hit your money site directly with pbns, but when you're creating a real mini-website with good content, you have a long-lasting web property that you can build up authority on.
You can expand it with more posts and even use it to backlink another site, so it's definitely worth giving it a little boost with some pbns.
The other use of web 2's is brand/naked links. You can create 5-10 brand web 2's with the same article on each. Almost like a "press release". That's an easy way to dilute your anchors.
You can also just create 10-15 1 page web 2's with a brand/naked link(unique, decent quality content) to further dilute.
You can still take the approach of building a web 2 then spamming it with tools, or creating a couple tiers behind it, but I've personally moved away from tools as I find pbns and link outreach are far better.

thanks , I just wanna build some 2.0s towards my money site ,and do no backlinks to my money site ,just use link juice from 2.0s ,
of course ,i'll post some good posts at my 2.0s and also build backlinks for them , hope it'll work

How to use web 2.00 wisely for ranking in SERP?
1. Must use separate e-mail for every single web 2.00
2. Don't forget to use the unique IP address
3. Alwayes use the same IP addresses which you have used for registration.

Treat them as mini sites and you will be good to go. However, they are always risky and you could lose your property anytime for whatever reason.

Yeah, they still works.
I've a couple low competitive keywords ranking in the top 3 with web 2.0's only. But for medium to high competitive keywords you can use them for variation only.
