You can do this with Senuke (generally quite spam-ish, low level links) or with UBot/Zennoposter (less spam, trickier to create them).

As I do not have the minimum number of posts required for replying to PMs, I'll do it here. There's no global web2.0 template for everything; you will have to manually create one for each property. Regarding your second question, no I do not have any.

Be careful; what you ask for
For many a web 2 profile is a one off link on a crappy social bookmarking site. Technically bookmarking is part of the "WEB2" cadre. And a profile is well..just a profile. YOu think you are going to get Wordpress.com sites and Tumblr sites made for you - instead you get a shitty single link on same PR0 far eastern blank page which might just be classified as "social media" if you REALLY stretched the definition to almost breaking point.
The world is full of people saying "1000 WEB2.0 profiles - just a fiverrr" and guess what..you get exactly what you pay for - which ISN'T what you wanted or expected half the time.
To get a product or service to create accounts that you can post content to multiple times, articles, images variations of anchor text etc. Blogger, Wordpress and others. Then ideally you need to be more specific.
If you want an account creator, content submitter, overall link pmanagement tool (scheduling, pinging,context link rotation,adding extra tiers automatically etc) then Nuke or Demon are the only way to go.
If you already have the accounts and are only interested in WEB2 the articlewyz might be an idea (but YOU NEED TO CREATE ALL THE ACCOUNTS YOURSELF)

Your best bet is to have built your own web 2.0 account creator, then you can add the features you want. but obviously if you have the funds available to hire a programmer to create and update the software. (could also make a few sales through it)
Otherwise your best bet would be zennoposter, simply create your own bot.

I'd agree with you, coz both tools are awesome the difference between them is the price. Magic submitter is half, than the price of senuke.
