Web 2.0 Content Question

Guys, if you are promoting a product on your website called Dog N212 (example). Now you want to do some Web 2.0 properties for it, would you:

- Put the keyword Dog N212 in the url of web 2.0?
- Make an article that is about Dog N212 and post it in web 2.0?
- Even blasts to web 2.0 should have Dog N212 in them?

OR

- You only need to pick any URL for your web 2.0
- Your article will be about Dogs generally, with an anchor of Dog N212 in it to your money site
- Blasts to web 2.0 will be related to Dogs?

I did it the second way and I am not seeing much results (after 2 weeks), could be early, but I am building more, so I wanna do it right.

Let's talk about the purpose of the Web 2.0s. In most cases, they are supposed to act as buffer sites so you can blast them with links and have that link juice flow to your money site. This means that they should not be ranking for the keywords that you want your main site to rank for. So let's look at the two options you posted:

1. Putting the keyword Dog N212 in the URL of the Web 2.0 is going to help rank it for the keyword that you want your money site to rank for. Therefore, this is not a good idea. But, you should make an article, and it can talk about Dog N212. However, the text about Dog N212 should include links to your money site with appropriate anchor text. The blasts to the Web 2.0 sites should NOT contain Dog N212, unless you want it to rank for those terms. Blast should be a more generic term.

2. Any URL is better, but it should be focused on a more generic keyword related to the theme of your money site. Google does give extra value to links that are on pages related to the linked pages' content. Once again, your article could exclusively be about your specific topic, but because you're targeting a specific keyword on the money site, that keyword needs to be contained within the anchor text linking to your money site. Make your blasts about dogs or dog training or something that your money site isn't about.

So yes, the second way is the optimal method. How many articles do you have on these Web 2.0s? How many outbound links are on the pages? Do they all appear spammy? If you build them up with more articles, you're going to make them appear more legit and better than the majority of Web 2.0s just created for linking purposes. Have your Web 2.0s even been indexed/crawled yet?

One thing to remember, the creation of the Web 2.0s isn't going to do a whole lot of anything unless you blast them with a great deal of links. And until everything gets indexed/crawled, the links don't have a whole lot of value. Also, you don't want your Web 2.0s outranking your money site. So as I said, generic keywords pointing to the Web 2.0s and desired keywords pointing at the money site.

Just do not overdo the optimization for a particular Keyword.Make it look natural ie mix of 1 and 2.Anyway,that will be the last reason for no movement in SERP.

Looks like I am doing it the right way. I am blasting my web 2.0 properties with dripable, each property about 4k profiles/comments, then these links go to linklicious to get indexed.
Each property I am submitting 3 articles, only one has a backlink to my money page, the rest two have no links. All articles are at least %80 unique, proofread, with images. All profiles filled out. I am also writing some random posts to make it look legit..
Now I am planning to send some high PR ******** blog comments to web 2.0s.
