Web 2.0 blog network footprints

I understand the importance of avoiding footprints with regards to a self hosted PBN but what about a Web 2.0 blog network? Some people recommend using different IP addresses and email addresses when signing up for these accounts but is that really necessary?

I get 1 email address, sign up to every web 2.0 that is on my list, I build each differently, I do all that, blah blah blah.
Then I get another email address and start over.
I don't fret over IP, because each web 2.0 I build is a functioning site, multiple pages, multiple posts, pictures, videos, logo/personal picture, all that jazz. Sure an admin or some such could pull my IP during a review, but I don't fret the small stuff and just build solid sites.

If you were using Google related site like blogger, Youtube, googlesites.com etc. then yes you would need a different IP address and email to reduce your footprint.

However, if you use different companies like Wordpress, Tumblr, Webs, Weebly etc. they supposedly won't share information like your IP or email login so you should be fine
