at this point you should better create a new account, if you already appeal and they rejected it immediately get another account you might get same result unless that account is really important and is the only one you have you might insist but I don't believe will make any improvement,

Try appealing the restriction in Account Quality or contacting Facebook Support. Also, check for policy violations
 
You can try to appeal the account, first you must delete all the violating ads in the account, then the appeal will be successful.
 
I don't think restoring one account is worth the time you'll spend on unlocking it
better make several new accounts and work with them more carefully

If you have appealed and been denied, please message the Facebook team directly, they will assist you and will return your account if your account is clean.
