you can appeal to fb. if rejected you need to wait quite a while to be able to appeal again. instead use a new account

If you have not submitted a dispute, then submit a dispute. If you have submitted a dispute and it is still not resolved, then you should change to a new account.
 
Contact Facebook support again. Have information about your account and why you believe it was mistakenly restricted ready.
