About the management:
I have completed business and web technology education in Australia. I work as a project manager and manage all aspects of project completion. My business partner has completed Masters in Business in Pennsylvania university. She works as Sales manager.

About the team:
Our team is a combination of UX/UI specialist, Web designer, SEO specialist* and Developers.
*I'm not sure how good he would be in the USA market. As good as he is in the local market. I balieve USA is more complicated SEO game then here..

What we are currently doing:
Currently we are working with 1x magento+ERP system integration, 2x Prestashops and 2x WP. With this I want to say that we can handle large projects. Our Development price is from 35USD/hour, we are ready to discuss so that you are interested in working with us.

What we are looking for:
Professional manager in the local market that is ready to offer us work to be done. We currently offer very competitive rates for our services and would be happy to start working with a company that wants to outsource their development. We are not some 3rd world company, but a proper business that works as one and delivers 80% projects (No need to lie to potential partners) on time and 100% in budget. We have good time-zone difference with USA. Our management team is fluent in english and delivers quality work.

What we are not looking for:
We don't want to and wont work with penny pushers and time wasters. You expect us to be professionals, we expect you to be professional.

Not sure about what you're looking for. So you have a development team but what do you look for in a partner? How come you're not able to deliver 20% of your projects?
What will the partner get out of it?
Why the USA? Why don't you target your local market?
