Thats a good example, although with a few more articles they probably avoided a ban. There is less than 300 words on that site, if it was only a few days or weeks old, you'd be furious!
However on a plus, he didn't get his adsense banned

The 1st site you mention is not a amazon site.. Its a site used marketing amazon product must be amazon affiliate... other site look shit to me.. so they got hit

First is banned because of spammy titles and lack of unique content.
The last one has no content at all (or most of page content is duplicated), and the sidebar and domain name is spammy.

Interesting enough the domain http://www.red-bottoms-heels-2013.c...mps/christian-louboutin-daffodile-160mm-black that was deindexed is now redirected/clocked to another one - http://www.usredbottomshoesoutlets....160mm-pumps-black-red-bottom-shoes-p-368.html and he rank the same as before. The owner of the site is very solid, I guess he is a member of BHW.
