UPDATE 2.0

Well it's been longer than three months so I can't say that I've succeeded in getting the target that I had hoped but it doesn't mean that I'm going to stop..

I've been working on SEO mostly and I'm a little annoyed because SEO is taking forever now... for results to show up, even if I try to force the links to be indexed.. It still takes at least and luckily one week.. but for me, it's been taking a lot longer than a week to see any type of results..

In any case, I've been trying to push these keywords here to the first page.. but nothing is budging, I've sent a new blast of high tier 1 links, backed up a tier 2 which hasn't been indexed yet.. at least not from my side of forcing it, but GSA Indexer has been running.. just doesn't do much of anything as of late..

I have never sent a single PBN link to these keywords... but If I can rank for at least those then we'll be in business for sure, if anything I'd just slap adsense on it and be done, considering the amount of traffic I'd get just from those I can figured it'd be a pretty good earning.. aside from amazon which I'm making some sales already but just like 2-7 sales per month at the most..



If anyone wants to send a few PBN links to one of those keywords.. please I won't hold you back.. haha!

Anyway, I've made 1 sale from amazon so far this month.

what do you mean you're moving on? so what happened to your health sub niche that you were getting good organic visitors on? are you changing the whole site entirely? I don't understand

maybe you arent making much because your subniche just isn't profitable or popular in the consumer market?

I've only for 19 articles, I haven't been able to work much on this.. but sure I could write two articles per week without a problem.. but I tend to optimize my articles as I go, doing infographics whenever I can too.. but my niche, there aren't too many articles I can write right now.. it's very sub niche, but I found a perfect category for it, that I'll be adding on in the new month or two, and this category can actually bring me thousands if I can rank for it, if I am able to, I'll be able to sell my own ebooks and whatnot.. I was sad that I had chosen this but after I noticed what it can achieve, it's amazing.. and even more with my update coming, that has a huge part in this new category that I am going to be including..

No, I'm not changing anything, just going to add another sub-category and then I'll be able to write a lot of articles.

It's profitable, but the issue is that there aren't many competitors at all out there, so if I want to sell my own products.. well I have to make them because there is nowhere on the internet that sells my niche, besides amazon.

Try to find a product on etsy or alibaba that you can buy in bulk that matches your niche. Might be helpful to try different products of your own instead of shooting for 5% of a sale

OP, have you tried FB ads arbitrage or you only want to stick with SEO as the traffic source?

I am only sticking with SEO for the current moment.

I already have a lot planned for this website but because right now I am working on other projects for my clients I don't have much time.. so I'm just letting SEO do it's job that I setup about two weeks ago with great results so far.

UPDATE 2.1

I wanted to update this because it's been a little while..

I really need to do some work for this site.. but I can't complain too much because for sure I am getting what I've put into it..

Plans!

SEO:

1. I plan on buying some PBN links in the marketplace as tier 2 links..
2. I already researched a good provider and I'll be buying 700 PBN posts..
3. Right now I am targeting about 9 keywords(6 pages) so I will divide those 700 posts per page..
4. I will blast them to my tier 2 links, my best ones and use it to power them up and pass link juice..
5. I've never done that before but I hope that it brings some of my keywords up..
6. I might also do 301 redirects in mass and point GSA + PBN at them and see how it does.

Content:

1. As far as content goes, right now I've written just about everything I can.
2. I will start a new category on the site.
3. Should be able to post at least 50 scientific articles.
4. And unlimited specific posts, which will be used as filler content which I could have written from the beginning.. but I didn't think it was worth it but it really will be once I begin the new category.

Current stats!

I'm not overly happy with my current stats but considering they're all from tiered link building only I don't have anything to complain about.. I just need to start getting some better links now, I'm sure once I start what I outlined above I'll start seeing most of my keywords in the first page for sure. Note, I've got about 30 other keywords that I'm ranking between position #2 - #22 in google, but I am only focusing on these 9 keywords..



That 20100 has jumped after I started building links to it (web 2.0's) and it never budged, in about a month or two it should be between position #20 - #30 in google, but I'm not focusing on it right now because it's not my main focus.. I just wanted to get started on it because in a few months I'll be targeting a new category that will be bringing in most of the money in the near future.

This is how my traffic currently is, 80% is from organic.



It's really not that good but for a 19 page site that hasn't gotten deep linking it's not horrible.. so I can't complain.. but I will start doing more work for it.

As far as EARNINGS goes.. it's not that great, last month it made $10 with amazon.
And Adsense I think I put it up this month so it's not that great, but with the amount of traffic I can't complain with anything as I've already mentioned.



And Adsense.. is currently like this.. with only 1 ad on the bottom of the page. (Yes, I could optimize it and put it up high in the site where it's visible but I just don't want to right now)

Since you're brazilian and I'm portuguese I'll try to help you out

Started a authority site a little over a month ago as well, I already had experience so it was relatively easy to get off, started getting sales after the end of the first month currently at 5 sales / week ~10$/week (because my niche is shit, didn't know Amazon had fixed fees for technology products, I only get 2.5% fees or I'd be at 20$/week +).

Few tips for ranking:

Stop building trash links completely, this includes tiered link building.
No need to buy services trust me, if you did keyword research properly you should easily rank without services.

Important:
Buy scrapebox.

Honestly Scrapebox is the best SEO software out there, thanks to it I've gotten over 30 expired tumblrs with average PA of 32 which helped me boost my rankings immensely with only ~13 links sent from the tumblrs so far + if you build them properly you can use them as your own web2.0 PBN and use it to rank all your other sites as well.

Some other tips:
Look for high PR blog comments, even if you have to buy a package or two from someone just do it and use scrapebox to scrape ALL the posts from that website, you will get THOUSANDS of URLs with high PA to post your link to. Use Scrapebox to find the high PR pages, check their PA and their OBL you will find tons of non spammed posts with good PA to post to.
